Pay, Benefits, and Work Location:
- Competitive Salary: $60,000 per year

- Work Location: Remote, travel required as needed (up to 25%)
- Preferred Candidate Location: Delaware, Alabama, Arkansas, Florida, Georgia, Maryland, North Carolina, South Carolina, Tennessee, Virginia, and West Virginia.
Executive Search and Leadership Recruitment Responsibilities
- Work closely with senior leaders and hiring managers to understand their specific talent needs and organizational goals.
- Create and implement strategies for recruiting mid-level management and higher positions, ensuring alignment with company objectives.
- Actively participate in industry associations and professional networks to identify and attract top talent.
- Attend and represent the company at industry events and conferences as needed to build brand presence and network with potential candidates.
Key Responsibilities
- Gain a deep understanding of client needs, organizational culture, and role requirements to tailor the search process.
- Utilize various channels, including networking, databases, and social media, to identify and attract high-caliber candidates.
- Conduct thorough evaluations of candidates’ qualifications, experience, and cultural fit through interviews and assessments.
- Perform comprehensive market analysis to identify potential candidates and stay informed about industry trends.
- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with both clients and candidates.
- Ensure discretion and confidentiality throughout the recruitment process to protect all parties involved.
- Facilitate negotiations between clients and candidates regarding compensation and other employment terms.
- Provide clients with regular updates and detailed reports on the progress of the search and candidate status.
- Assist with the onboarding process to ensure a smooth transition for new hires into their roles.
- Adhere to all legal and ethical standards in recruitment practices to maintain integrity and trust.
Succession Planning and Talent Pipelining
- Work closely with HR and business leaders to identify potential successors for critical roles.
- Build and maintain talent pipelines for future leadership and key operational positions based on attrition and regrettable loss trends.
- Anticipate future hiring needs and proactively engage with potential candidates.
Employer Branding and Candidate Experience
- Enhance GardaWorld’s employer brand by promoting our values, culture, and opportunities.
- Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
- Advertise open positions on social networks, particularly LinkedIn, to reach a wider audience.
- Craft compelling job postings and engage with potential candidates through social media channels.
Market Intelligence and Trends
- Stay informed about industry trends, competitor practices, and emerging talent markets.
- Use data-driven insights to inform recruitment strategies.
Metrics and Reporting
- Track recruitment metrics related to time-to-fill, and quality of hire, among others.
- Provide regular reports to leadership on recruitment progress.
Qualifications
- Minimum of one (1) year of continuous experience recruiting in the event services industry supporting professional sports and entertainment venues and events.
- Minimum of two (2) years of continuous experience in a specialized recruitment role hiring for
- Mid-level management and higher roles
- Corporate office functions
