- Locate plumbing leaks for residential customers
- Locate leaks for service lines, slabs, basements, mystery leaks and insurance claims.
- Create well written and concise reports to effectively describe the leak issue.
- Communicate with management and colleagues effectively and professionally
- Provide professional top notch customer service to clients
- Comply with federal, state, and local building and plumbing codes and maintain a clean and safe working environment
- Troubleshooting plumbing issues using appropriate devices.
- Using critical thinking and problem-solving skills during day-to-day operations.
- Completing assigned work orders in a timely manner.

- High school diploma or GED preferred
- Service titan experience preferred
- You must be able to lift up to 50 pounds; be able to push, pull, carry or maneuver heavier items (with additional manpower or appropriate devices); carry ladders; work from heights, work in small spaces.
- Demonstrate basic knowledge and skills for installation, maintenance, repair of plumbing systems.
- Ability to pass a drug test, criminal background check, MVR, and physical fitness test.
- Authorized to work in the United States.
- Passion for helping others. Present a professional, positive, and helpful attitude at all times.
- Enjoy being in a job that rewards intuitive, hardworking, fast, efficient, people who have no problem wearing uniform, and with a keen eye for detail
- Plumbing, mechanical, electronics experience and construction background preferred
- Exceptional team player; fun, energetic, goal oriented, positive, optimistic, and great attitude!
- Self-motivated, enjoy working independently, self-starter, organized, and enjoys being self-directed
