Basic Job Functions:
We seek experienced Lean Engineering "Process" Engineers at our manufacturing facility in Arthur, Illinois. The Lean Manufacturing Engineer is responsible for assisting in developing, developing, and implementing a Lean Manufacturing production system strategy. A leader in implementing best practices, the Lean Manufacturing Engineer will ensure adherence to lean manufacturing principles and the planning/facilitation of strategic plans, kaizen workshops, and other seedy activities.
Related Job Duties:
- Coach and train associates in lean manufacturing and problem-solving principles.
- Utilize lean techniques to streamline manufacturing processes and initiatives.
- Support Operations leadership in driving continuous improvement projects, executing transformation plans and product development projects
- Develop Continuous Improvement Initiatives to assist with the facilitation of strategic business initiatives.
- Support overall factory and work cell process engineering needs.
- Other duties/projects as assigned.

Minimum Qualifications:- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Operations Management, Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or other comparable engineering degree; MBA strongly preferred
- 5+ years in a high-volume manufacturing environment
