Lean Six Sigma Process Engineer at The Fountain Group

The Fountain Group is currently seeking a ­­­­­­­­Lean Six Sigma Process Engineer for a prominent client of ours. This position is located in ­­Cornelia, GA. Details for the position are as follows:

Pay Range: $40-50/hr
Contract: 1-2 years with possible extension or conversion
100% onsite

Job Description:

• Lean Six Sigma Process Engineer: Identify improvement projects from these VS maps that will utilize LSS and Demand Flow tools and Technologies to implement continuous improvement. Projects may also identify the need for capital investment of new laboratory test equipment and technology that would need to be qualified under equipment qualification and test method validation guidelines. Strong focus on statistical sample size determination and justification.
• Statistical Quality Engineer: Apply statistical techniques and Minitab to implement sampling plans and statistical process controls. Support the development of process capability reports, validation reviews, control plan and FMEA review. Candidate should have very good understanding of statisctical techniques and sampling plans. This role is for the remidiation of sampling plans so statistical experience is highly preferred.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree
• Lean six sigma / process improvement experience
