The Learning Technology team has an exciting opportunity for a team member who can support the development and enhancements of our learning portal . centralized learning and development portal that offers people an opportunity to develop through various resources including virtual classes, workshops, podcasts, on demand videos and content that is provided from Harvard Business Publishing and other learning partners. This unique opportunity allows for a person to build out product pages on Portal that support these various offerings and continue to support the relationships with learning vendor partners that continually enhance our product offerings. Principle Duties and Responsibilities Reports to the Manager, Learning Technology and builds solid relationships with Global Talent Management team members to support L&D needs that live on learning portal. Overall responsibility for building and maintaining instructionally sound, easy-to-use product pages for the learning portal within the Sharepoint environment. Work with product owners, instructional designers, stakeholders, and managers to plan and manage product page development as it relates to the roadmap. Build product pages in Sharepoint that provide the best user experience possible within the technology and ensures the instructional quality is appropriate Works in partnership with a Visual Designer/Graphic Artist for graphic support that is on-brand Edit existing pages in Sharepoint for regular maintenance and product updates Curate instructional content from various sources (vendor-partners, web, LMS, etc) to support learning portal and other training deliveries Work in partnership with Corporate Communications to ensure adherence to styles, branding and standards and implementation of all new Sharepoint technology Ability to trouble shoot and resolve issues within the Sharepoint environment Work the Leader, Reporting and Metrics to provide timeline data from Sharepoint and other vendor completion data as requested Coordinate logistics and schedule of training vendors and partners for proper workshop and class arrangements Work with the Program Manager, Learning Technology for any new vendor or technology integrations on the roadmap

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities Required Able to handle multiple projects with minimal supervision Proficient knowledge of industry accepted Instructional Design methodology Skills in developing within the Sharepoint platform and success in developing innovative web-based user experiences Strong written and verbal communication skills, proper use of grammar, editing & proofing skills, including the ability to present in front of large internal and external audiences Proficiency in the following skills is also required: project management, consensus building, ability to work cross-enterprise, and MS Office/Teams Fully competent in optimizing own workload, demonstrating openness and self-confidence, driving customer-based business strategies, demonstrates eagerness to learn and seeks out feedback, understands the organization, partners well, works to achieve the best results, accepts and builds accountability, uses judgment and common sense, adopts systems thinking, demonstrates emotional intelligence.
