ABOUT THIS POSITION
We are seeking a proactive and enthusiastic Human Resources Intern to join our People Team with a focus on Learning Development. This role is ideal for someone pursuing a career in Human Resources and looking to gain hands-on experience in a dynamic and supportive environment.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
WhatYou’llDo
Assistin building and organizing playbooks for internal development programs.
Assistin developingand managingcommunication strategies related to program offerings, ensuring clear and consistent messaging across platforms.
Support the design and maintenance of SharePoint sites to promote and communicate learning and development opportunities.
Contribute to the design and creation of the 2025 Learning and Development brochure, highlighting key programs and initiatives.
Participate in the discovery and design process of new training programs, working alongside our Instructional Designer toassistin content creation.
Work closely with the Summit Seeker program manager toassistintheplanning, coordination, and execution of workshopsand events.
Collaborate with various departments to gather information and feedback for L&D initiatives.
Participate in meetings, brainstorming sessions, and strategy discussions to support the team’sobjectives.
WHAT YOU'LL NEED

Current enrollment in a bachelor’s or master’s degree program in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or related field.
3.0 or above GPA
Strong acumen ofProgram Management,MicrosoftSuite including Teams
Interest in healthcare and/or technology industry
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Attention to detail
Willingness to work in a fast-paced environment
Ability to handle andmaintainconfidentiality with sensitive HR data
