What we are looking for:
indiGO Auto Group is seeking a full-time Learning and Development Instructor to join our Corporate team in Houston. This is a great opportunity to work for an exciting company in a fast-paced environment.

Here is what an ordinary day of work may look like:
- Design and deliver engaging training programs, workshops, and e-learning courses tailored to various organizational levels.
- Facilitate both in-person and virtual training sessions, ensuring an interactive and impactful learning experience.
- Collaborate with department heads and managers to assess training needs and develop customized learning solutions.
- Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs through assessments, surveys, and feedback, and make continuous improvements.
- Develop comprehensive training materials, including manuals, guides, job aids, and multimedia resources.
- Stay updated with industry trends and incorporate best practices into training content.
- Support initiatives focused on leadership development, including mentoring programs, leadership workshops, and career development planning.
- Manage multiple training projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery and alignment with business goals.
- Coordinate with external vendors and consultants when necessary.
- Build strong relationships with key stakeholders to ensure training initiatives are aligned with the organization's strategic goals.
- Provide regular updates and reports on the progress and impact of training programs to senior leadership.
The opportunity is for you if you have:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, Education, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in learning and development, with a focus on training design and delivery.
- Proven experience in developing and facilitating training programs for various organizational levels.
- Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and facilitation skills.
- Proficiency in e-learning platforms and learning management systems (LMS).
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to assess training effectiveness and make data-driven decisions.
- Willing to submit to a drug test and criminal background check.
