Hours: Monday - Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Pay: $70,000 - $80,0000 annually

Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated Learning & Development Manager to oversee the training and development programs within our organization. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating and implementing strategies to support employee development, improve performance, and promote a culture of learning.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement learning and development strategies aligned with the organization’s goals.
- Design and deliver training programs that address the needs of employees at various levels.
- Evaluate the effectiveness of training initiatives through assessments and feedback.
- Collaborate with department heads to identify training needs and performance gaps.
- Stay current on industry trends and best practices in learning and development.
- Manage the learning management system and ensure accurate record-keeping of training activities.
- Work with technology team and oversee implementation and integration of learning management technology.
- Measure the impact of training programs on employee performance and engagement.
- Routine internal and external reporting to stakeholders.
- Provide coaching and support to employees to enhance their skills and knowledge.
- Work with managers and supervisors to develop individual performance improvement plans.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Organizational Psychology, Education, or related field.
- Proven experience (5+ years) in learning and development, instructional design, or related area.
- Strong understanding of adult learning principles and training methodologies.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to interact effectively with employees at all levels.
- Demonstrated ability to design, deliver, and evaluate training programs.
- Knowledge of learning technologies and learning management systems.
- Experience in logistics or supply chain management is a plus.
- Strong analytical and reporting skills.
- Ability to travel to multiple worksites.
