The pay rate range above is the base hourly pay range that Aditi Consulting reasonably expects to pay someone for this position (compensation may vary outside of this range depending on several factors, including but not limited to, a candidate’s qualifications, skills, competencies, experience, location and end client requirements).

- Collaborate with Sales Enablement and cross-functional stakeholders to design and create training materials and experiences, primarily in the form of videos, eLearning courses, presentations, facilitation guides, job aids, digital and print assets that deliver against objectives
- Design materials for enablement events (SKO, Leader, Technical) including branding, presentations and printed materials
- Conceptualize and create videos and learning assets to break down complex narratives into simple, compelling stories
- Understand the sales persona and create content that is relevant, succinct, with clear “what’s In it for me” along the seller journey from onboarding to continuous learning
- Determine how to accelerate desired behavior change through application of learning objectives for various audiences
- Incorporate adult learning theory and instructional design principles into deliverables
- Review and edit content to ensure its accuracy, relevancy, and compliance with brand and style guidelines.
- Develop multi-modal content and activities that address higher-order thinking in order to achieve learning objectives.
- Integrate technology into the learning journey via eLearning in Rise, and scaffolding in NovoEd
- Prioritize and manage multiple projects with design specifications. Ensure projects are high quality and completed on schedule.
- Publish, assign, and manage on-demand content and learning paths.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with internal The Company teams.
Requirements:
- 5+ years of experience assessing, designing, implementing, and determining the success of content for various global sales and/or Go-To-Market (GTM) programs, preferably for a SaaS or technology company
- Excellent writing and visual design skills to create engaging and impactful learning experiences
- Create storyboards and wireframes to communicate and visualize the user experience
- Innovative video creation skills using Camtasia or Adobe Premiere/After Effects video editing software
- Technical experience using LMS and authoring tools/training course software to design and implement training courses including G-Suite (Docs, Slides, Sheets), Articulate Rise 360 & Storyline 360, and Adobe
- Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign), NovoEd.
- Experience with LMS and CMS software, preferably MindTickle and Highspot, is required.
- Proven track record of using a variety of training methods in a remote work environment.
- Experience with adult learning theory and instructional design.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to work with a wide range of audiences and build relationships across all lines of business
- Experience with Agile content development methodology is a plus.
- Training delivery and/or coaching experience is preferred
