Job DescriptionYour Career
Join our WW Content & Design Sales Enablement team, where we produce high-quality training that drives a more effective sales process through world class learning experiences. Our highly motivated team works quickly to adapt to the changing needs of the business and our audience. As a Learning Experience Designer, you will be an experienced creative developer of multimedia learning opportunities, taking projects from start to finish—designing and building engaging training content. You will align with training priorities from L&E management and collaborate with other Learning Experience Designers to develop effective sales training content, connecting the dots between technical features and customer value.
Your Impact
- Collaborate
- Partner with Subject Matter Experts to define and build tailored training courses, assessments, study guides, and reference materials for sales enablement programs
- Effectively communicate status throughout every phase of the development process providing visibility to all stakeholders
- Analyze and Design
- Select appropriate training modalities, ensuring instructional integrity and educational effectiveness - this includes designing/storyboarding and developing across various formats including eLearning, video scripts, and Virtual Instructor-Led Training (VILT)
- Enhance
- Update supporting documentation including presentations and user guides for brand compliance and visual appeal
- Create
- Develop innovative, user-friendly content that simplifies complex ideas through interactive multimedia, video micro-learning, and scenario-based learning - bringing the outline/storyboard to life using different development tools
- Review and Refine
- Ensure clarity and accuracy in all content through thorough review and refinement before publication
- Stakeholder Relationships
- Foster strong ties with content owners and stakeholders to enhance processes and improve our learning ecosystems, ensuring consistency and scalability
Your Experience
- A minimum of 3 years of professional experience in creating enablement materials, preferably within a technology company
- Proven ability to rework complex concepts into easily understood materials for all expertise levels, combined with strong attention to detail and analytical skills
- Knowledge of performance-based instructional theories and adult learning principles
- Experience with eLearning authoring tools (Evolve, Articulate), Adobe Creative Cloud products, Camtasia, and Google Suite
- Demonstrated track record of designing and implementing innovative training offerings and programs
- Creative and analytical problem solver with a passion for helping others learn and simplifying complex ideas
- Must thrive in a fast-paced, results-oriented, and collaborative environment
- Excellent written and verbal communication and listening skills
- Experience using data and metrics to drive improvements and enhance learning experiences
- BA/BS or equivalent educational background and/or military experience

Compensation Disclosure
The compensation offered for this position will depend on qualifications, experience, and work location. For candidates who receive an offer at the posted level, the starting base salary (for non-sales roles) or base salary + commission target (for sales/commissioned roles) is expected to be between $99000 - $160500/YR. The offered compensation may also include restricted stock units and a bonus. A description of our employee benefits may be found here.
