The Learning Facilitation Professional 1 conducts or facilitates training courses for organization employees or external audiences. The Learning Facilitation Professional 1 work assignments are often straightforward and of moderate complexity.
Must reside in either one of region 7 counties: Seminole, Orange, Brevard, Osceola, or within a reasonable drive in surrounding contiguous counties Lake, Volusia, Polk, Okeechobee, Indian River
The Learning Facilitation Professional 1 plans, coordinates, and implements all aspects of training programs for participants throughout the organization, including but not limited to instructor-led and virtual instructor-led training. Selects appropriate materials. Creates an environment that is conducive to learning and exchanging information, engages the learner, and produces the desired outcomes. Monitors training personnel records to ensure that employees have met all company training requirements for company, quality, and regulatory compliance. Analyzes course evaluations in order to judge effectiveness of training sessions and to implement suggestions for improvements. Evaluates the relevance of online resources to complement the facilitated experience in the fields as appropriate. Understands own work area professional concepts/standards, regulations, strategies and operating standards. Makes decisions regarding own work approach/priorities, and follows direction. Work is managed and often guided by precedent and/or documented procedures/regulations/professional standards with some interpretation.

Required Qualifications:
+ Bachelor's Degree in Social Work, Psychology, Behavioral Health, or Licensed Practical Nurse, LPN with a valid unrestricted license in the State of Florida, or a minimum of four, (4) years relevant experience working in a healthcare setting in lieu of Bachelor's degree
+ 1 year Care Coach or Case Management experience
+ Working knowledge of MS Office including Word, Excel, and Outlook in a Windows based environment and an ability to quickly learn new systems and ability to troubleshoot and resolve basic technical difficulties in a remote environment.
Preferred Qualifications
+ 2+ years of Adult Training
+ Experience using a wide variety of training tools to effectively facilitate to a wide audience
+ Experience managing projects or processes

Workstyle (Field): Combination remote work at home and onsite visits at member's location.
Location: Must reside in either one of region 7 counties: Seminole, Orange, Brevard, Osceola, or within a reasonable drive in surrounding contiguous counties Lake, Volusia, Polk, Okeechobee, Indian River
Schedule: Must be willing to work between the hours of 8:30AM-5:00 PM Eastern Time with flexibility to work overtime as business needs.

+ 25-50% - Varies based on training needs
+ Training will include a combination home and onsite throughout the region

The compensation range below reflects a good faith estimate of starting base pay for full time (40 hours per week) employment at the time of posting.
