Job DescriptionOverview
This role is responsible for overseeing global training programs, including content design, development, deliver, /remediation, as well as the maintenance and/or creation of new courses and course assets. This role is also accountable for human error improvement strategies in collaboration within OpEx & Quality team. Works with cross-functional team to assure consistent training practices throughout the operations. Leads continuous improvement projects to enhance training delivery and effectiveness and evaluate use of new technologies to enhance the training experience.

Responsibilities
- Supports development/training efforts with needs assessment, job-task analysis, and design of e-Learning and blended solutions.
- Lead the human performance improvement program initiatives to ensure program effectiveness.
- Responsible of analyzing training needs to develop a robust an effective Learning programs aligned with business & regulatory requirements.
- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of the training programs, track outcomes and ensure alignment to business objectives.
- Lead the regular communication for the learning Center of Excellence with COE team members by regions.
- Measure training effectiveness program across the network ensuring best practices adherence.
- Integrate continuous improvement, process excellence methodologies and lean tools into human error prevention strategies.
- Lead a group of professionals responsible of the training learning system, design, coordination and/or execution.
- Ensure alignment with the global training center of excellence training program through active participation
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Education, or Science based field required or equivalent relevant working experience.
- Knowledge of regulations and industry best practices standards for sterile and non-sterile operations
- At least 8 years of Operations/Quality/Training, combined experience is required.
- Knowledge of regulations and standards for pharmaceutical testing operations and application to training.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to work in a team environment.
- Excellent presentation skills required. Proven ability to design, lead and conduct critical training classes.
- Essential experience will include knowledge of GMP and training process.
- Ability to problem initiate, solve, and manage projects.

Individual compensation paid within this range will depend on many factors including geographic location, and we may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range. This job is eligible to participate in our short-term incentive programs.
