About the Job
- Initially 3 days per week for the first 1-2 months then will move to full time as the project gains momentum.
- Must have Law Firm or Professional Services (Ideally with a tier 1 consultancy) experience in Learning and development.
- Day rate contract role.
Working for a global professional services company, we are looking to engage learning and development specialists to support the design, content development and initial delivery of an enhanced associate learning journey with a focus on the Professional Skills curriculum.
We are looking for a holistic program view, from early career to senior associate, that is complemented by our on-the-job learning ‘Associate Skills Roadmap’ for our major practices.
The role will be responsible for the following:
- Setting up and managing course content for specific stakeholder groups.
- Managing third-party content providers.
- Support the design and creation of course content.
- Ability to manage a full learning program rollout.
- Proficient in writing communications to support the rollout.
- Experience with Workday learning and rolling out Workday learning capability.
The objective is to create an inspiring, empowering, and distinctive career learning and development curriculum focused on Professional Skills (for now) that helps the organization create the innovative client-centric culture we aspire to.
The curriculum must:
- Focus on formal structured learning at key career stages delivered through a variety of innovative modalities.
- Be supported by self-directed, just-in-time learning available at any career stage.
- Include supporting resources and tools to help embed the learning, adapted to different learning styles and the needs of our increasingly diverse talent.
- Connect to the work experiences and knowledge associates need at each level.
- Create class/cohort experiences.
