+ Lease Management:
+ Prepare, review, and manage lease agreements, renewals, amendments, and terminations.
+ Ensure lease documents are accurate, complete, and comply with company policies and legal requirements.
+ Data Entry and Maintenance:
+ Enter and maintain lease information in the lease management system.
+ Update lease databases with critical dates, financial terms, and other key details.
+ Coordination and Communication:
+ Coordinate with landlords, tenants, property managers, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth lease administration.
+ Facilitate communication between departments, including legal, finance, and property management.
+ Financial Management:
+ Monitor and manage lease-related financial obligations, including rent payments, operating expenses, and escalations.
+ Reconcile lease payments and ensure accurate financial reporting.
+ Compliance and Risk Management:
+ Ensure compliance with lease terms, company policies, and relevant laws and regulations.
+ Identify and mitigate potential risks related to lease agreements and administration.
+ Reporting:
+ Generate regular reports on lease status, critical dates, financial obligations, and other key metrics.
+ Provide lease analysis and support for strategic decision-making.
+ Document Management:
+ Maintain organized and secure lease documentation, both physical and digital.
+ Ensure that all lease-related documents are easily accessible and properly archived.
+ Issue Resolution:
+ Address and resolve lease-related issues and disputes in a timely and effective manner.
+ Work with legal counsel and other stakeholders to resolve complex lease matters.
+ Process Improvement:
+ Identify opportunities to improve lease administration processes and implement best practices.
+ Stay informed about industry trends and changes in lease administration standards.
Qualifications
+ 5 years of experience
+ Experience in lease administration, real estate management, or a related field is beneficial. Prior experience with lease management systems is often preferred.
+ Proficiency in lease administration software and tools, as well as knowledge of real estate laws and regulations.
+ Strong organizational and time management skills to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
+ High level of attention to detail to ensure accuracy in lease documentation and financial reporting.
+ Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities to conduct lease analysis and resolve issues.
+ Understanding of financial principles related to lease administration, including budgeting, forecasting, and reconciliation.
+ Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
+ Knowledge of compliance requirements and the ability to ensure adherence to relevant laws and regulations.
