We are seeking a detail-oriented Lease Administrator to join our team. In this role, you will review and input critical data points into our administration tool to ensure accurate and timely payments to landlords, while identifying actionable terms and conditions within lease documents. Your ability to maintain a high level of accuracy and communicate effectively with stakeholders is essential to our success.
Responsibilities
The base range for this contract position is $30 - 40/per hour, depending on experience.
Our pay ranges are determined by role, level, and location. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hires of this position across all US locations. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.

We are seeking a detail-oriented Lease Administrator to join our team. In this role, you will review and input critical data points into our administration tool to ensure accurate and timely payments to landlords, while identifying actionable terms and conditions within lease documents. Your ability to maintain a high level of accuracy and communicate effectively with stakeholders is essential to our success.
Responsibilities
- Review lease documents to set up rental payments and track important dates for actionable requirements.
- Evaluate incoming leases (both paper and electronic) to ensure they are administrable.
- Monitor and communicate critical dates, such as lease expirations, insurance, and bond renewals, to various stakeholders.
- Engage in internal negotiations to ensure adherence to national processes and procedures.
- Calculate prorated rental payments, upcoming payment escalations, and termination fees.
- Commence lease payments or exercise option provisions as directed.
- Monitor and respond to internal inquiries via a shared email inbox.
- Prepare reports as requested by various departments.
- Collaborate with teams to research and resolve issues related to missing payments or document requests.
- Perform lease audits and resolve discrepancies in lease language.
- Participate in special projects as needed.
- Bachelor's Degree or 2 years of equivalent experience in accounting, bookkeeping, real estate, and/or lease administration.
- Demonstrated ability to work independently with a high sense of urgency and adaptability.
- Strong attention to detail with excellent follow-through.
- Proficient in reviewing, understanding, and communicating lease requirements to stakeholders.
- Excellent written, verbal, analytical, and research skills.
- Telecommunication experience is a plus, but not required.
