Job Details
- Ensure all prescribed lease information is accurate and current
- Distribute and track lease documents
- Maintain lease related action dates, and requirements, upcoming lease expirations, renewal options and other obligations
- Minimum of 1 year combined experience in lease administration or leadership
- Demonstrate attention to detail in Microsoft Excel, Yardi or Skyline
