Leasing Agent Full Time - GMC Property Management

We have a great opportunity for a motivated and experienced Leasing Agent to join our company, GMC Property Management. We are a family owned and managed company that has been in the multi-family industry for over 30 years. We are looking for candidates with a minimum of 1 year experience. Additionally, we are looking for someone with strong verbal and written communication skills, someone who is detail-oriented, professional, organized and able to multi-task, while always maintaining great customer service.

Leasing Agent Job Responsibilities include

• Provide excellent customer service to all residents and potential residents
• Must be comfortable working in a fast paced environment
• Must be familiar with apartment and multi-family leasing and Fair Housing laws
• Marketing online and in the surrounding areas to obtain new residents
• Manage incoming calls and emails for the property
• Schedule and perform tours of the community for potential residents
• Close sale to convert tour to application for residency
• Meet and/or exceed leasing goals set by Manager
• Manage current resident concerns as well as the renewal process to enhance resident retention
• Maintain all prospect, resident and leasing data in a leasing software program 
• Collect and secure rental payments
• Provide accounting support to Property Manager
• Comply with federal, state and company policies, procedures, and regulations

This is a Full-time position and Saturdays are required.
