Habitat America, seeks an experienced, professional Full time Leasing Consultant/Admin Assistant for Homes at the Glen, a beautiful townhome community in Annapolis, MD.
The Leasing Consultant/Admin must be have excellent customer service skills, written and oral communications skills and an attention to detail. Prior property management Tax Credit experience is desired but not required for this role. TCS certifications are a plus!

JOB REQUIREMENTS
- Prior property management experience as an Assistant Community Manager or Leasing Consultant
- Tax Credit Experience is desired but not required.
- TCS certification is a plus!
- Experience with planning resident events and newsletter planning
- Yardi Software experience strongly preferred
- Must be able to work individually and meet deadlines
- Must be able to lead a team while being part of a team
- Excellent customer service and communication skills are required
- Must have an attention to detail for both the physical property and required Tax Credit paperwork
