Job Summary
The Collective NoDa is HIRING! Be a visible representative of CRH Management, Inc. while increasing the net operating income of the company through effective leasing and marketing. Through sales techniques and customer service abilities, involved in maximizing market rents and maintaining high occupancy levels through positive resident relations while following leasing policies and procedures.
Job Responsibilities and Duties
• Under general supervision , responsible for all marketing and leasing of the community through achieving marketing, leasing and basic learning administration responsibilities as directed by Community Manager, Leasing Director and/or Regional Manager.
• Implement marketing plans to maximize traffic and rental closing performance.
• Maintain constant knowledge of market conditions and competition in the surrounding communities to better maximize rents.
• Will be required to establish and build relationships with resources, clients, individuals and partners relevant to generating/retaining business and revenues.
• Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from groups of prospects and residents.
• Complete all assigned training on CORE systems on a timely manner.
• Ability to make decisions and work independently toward general results and to devise new methods and meet new conditions for involved or complex assignments.
• Demonstrate initiative, personal awareness, professionalism, integrity and grooming and exercise confidence in all areas of performance.
• Accomplish all tasks as appropriately assigned or requested
• Conform to all safety rules and use all appropriate safety and personal protection equipment as required.
Communication Skills: Include an intermediate level of ability to read, analyze and interpret general business periodicals, professional journals, technical procedures or governmental regulations.
Reasoning Skills: Must include an intermediate ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts and draw valid conclusions.
Analytical Skills: Must include an intermediate level of ability to gather relevant facts and use them to reach sound and logical conclusions pertaining to professional services delivered to all properties and employees.
Administrative Skills: Must include an intermediate ability to plan, prioritize and budget to achieve satisfied clients and goals of CORE Real Estate Management Group.
Math Skills: This position requires basic math skills with the ability to calculate figures and amounts.
Computer Skills: Should be at an intermediate level and include the use and knowledge of integrated computer systems and other business-related software.
Effective Skills: Require the assessment, delivery, management, and evaluation of all leasing and public relations procedures.
Additional Requirements:
Must have a valid driver’s license.
Attendance is an imperative job function.
*Weekends are REQUIRED*
Must be able to post on Instagram and assist with resident events.
