A thriving 384-unit community is seeking a dynamic and customer-focused Leasing Consultant to join our team.
The Leasing Consultant’s primary responsibility is to close traffic (prospects) through application and lease executions. The Leasing Consultant is also responsible administrative tasks while maintaining a customer service friendly and high energy environment. The Leasing Consultant will also assist in other property and marketing operations as needed. As a Leasing Consultant, you will be responsible for embodying and working to reinforce our company's mission, values, culture, and goals.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
- Meet and exceed weekly, monthly, an annual leasing goals.
- Answer phone calls and emails, tour prospects, complete applications and leases, and gather all qualifying documents to finalize digital lease files.
- Make sure property management software is operating at an optimal level and is up to date daily. Set appointments for prospects that want to tour the property.
- Assist in collecting monthly rents.
- Aid in providing support in communicating efficiently and effectively with residents about delinquency, move-in and move-out process, resident events, etc.
- Handle customer service issues as they arise.
- Complete move-in and move-out inspections.
- Assist with marketing activities and resident/prospect events.
- Complete any training as assigned.
- Ensure hospitality and customer services at the property are at an exceptional level.
- Help with routine audits on all files for accuracy and missing files.
- Assist in sending out renewal offers and communicating to renewals about the offers.
- Comply to all federal and local laws, federal mandated regulations, and company issued policies and procedures.
