The Leasing Consultant is an entry level position that requires great customer service skills.  This position will be at a 298 apartment community in Stoneham, MA.  We expect the Leasing Consultant to create the greatest possible satisfaction and well-being of all individuals associated with the community while being consistent with the goals & objectives of the company.

The Leasing Consultant is eligible to take advantage of educational offerings that are available to ensure continued growth professionally:

               

To perform the job successfully, an Associate’s degree from a two-year College or technical school is preferred.  Qualified candidates must have 1-2 years of experience in a property management or similar customer service setting.
