We started small. We learned the value of hard work, digging in to find the right solutions for a project, and how to balance profit and purpose. As our team and breadth of projects grew, our competencies deepened, and we found that we can help communities solve real problems at a hyper-local level using real estate as a tool.
Today, we foster this positive ripple effect at a much larger scale and impact by engaging with community development groups, working together with municipalities, and leveraging appropriate local, state, and federal incentives. We usher in the kinds of solutions others don’t find—ones that neighbors and communities often need the most—with creativity, collaboration, and flexibility.
