The specific compensation for this position will be determined by a number of factors, including the scope, complexity and location of the role as well as the cost of labor in the market; the skills, education, training, credentials and experience of the candidate; and other conditions of employment. - In Office 3 days per week (not remote)
- Hours are 9:00a - 5:00p (No OT at this time)
TOP SKILLS
- Ideal candidate will have either paralegal, wireless leasing or title company documentation.
- Proactive, takes initiative/self-starter, quick learner.
- Attention to detail – Must be able to read and understand legal real estate documents and proof them for accuracy.
- Solid user of Microsoft Office Tools (Excel especially).
- Highly organized and able to manage heavy workloads with time sensitive deadlines.
- Ability to work well with others across multiple organizations
- Ability to manage lease management and property management including but not limited to lease abstract, LL management, etc.
