We are seeking a talented Bilingual Leasing Specialist with prior leasing experience for a residential apartment community located in Silver Spring, MD. 

Key Responsibilities: 

• Deliver exceptional customer service 
• Maintain a professional demeanor   
• Marketing/ Outreach 
• Lease apartments 
• Property tours 
• Resident retention 
• Renewing contracts  
• Data entry 
• Assisting with day-to-day operations 
• Answering phone/ emails

We are looking for someone with strong customer service and superior leasing skills. A professional appearance is a must. Must be fluent in both English and Spanish. The successful candidate will have a proven track record of excellent closing skills be able to work weekends and some evening building events. Yardi experience is preferred.
