JOB SUMMARY

Responsibilities include:Reporting: Running reporting within our System of record Workday, sorting/filtering within excel spreadsheets and saving reports accordingly.
Providing basic instruction to University partners and employees relating to Workday functions and policy including time off, time off maintenance via e-mail Reviewing TDI requests from the DLT, audit with our records.
Respond to TDI Saving and organizing files electronically Faxing, copying, scanning Updating files with case notes
Managing e-mail inbox by identifying inquiries and flagging to team members as appropriate
Calendaring/tasking within Google calendar Schedule and set up zoom meetings with team members
Salesforce: case management tool
smartsheet: basic experience/level
Other projects to support the Benefits team as needed
Position is hybrid - 2 days per week in the office; 3 days remote, scheduled weekly hours 37.5
