Duration: 5+ months Contract
Position is hybrid - 2 days per week in the office; 3 days remote,
JOB DESCRIPTION
Responsibilities include:
Reporting: Running reporting within our System of record Workday, sorting/filtering within excel spreadsheets and saving reports accordingly.
Providing basic instruction to University partners and employees relating to Workday functions and policy including time off, time off maintenance via e-mail Reviewing TDI requests from the DLT, audit with our records.
Respond to TDI Saving and organizing files electronically Faxing, copying, scanning Updating files with case notes
Managing e-mail inbox by identifying inquiries and flagging to team members as appropriate
Calendaring/tasking within Google calendar Schedule and set up zoom meetings with team members
Client: case management tool
Smartsheet: basic experience/level
Other projects to support the Benefits team as needed

Location: 350 eddy street, onstreet parking or paid lot
What is the reason/justification for this need? * - Backfill for maturnity leave

Any requirements for the role: Strong organizational skills Proficiency in Excel, Adobe and Microsoft suite Excellent communication skills
Adept at working with highly confidential and sensitive information
Familiarity with FMLA and ADA a plus Familiarity with Workday a plus
Number of years of experience needed?* 2 - 4
Minimum education requirement*- Associates Degree
Are there any specific tools the resource will need to know how to use? *
Microsoft Office Suite, MS Excel, Adobe
What is the ideal personality for someone in this role? *
Customer Service Focus; able to manage multiple employees in a confidential manner.

Organizational Skills, sensitive to highly confidential/sensitive information, excellent communication.
Which skills are “nice to haves”? *
Workday experience, bilingual in spanish or portuguese, Client and smartsheet
