Job Summary:
The Benefits Analyst is responsible for the day-to-day administration of all Health and Welfare and Retirement Programs including health, dental, vision, STD, Life, spending accounts, and 401(k). The Benefits Analyst also manages the Paid Time Off program and serves as a liaison with outsourced vendor partners.

Job Summary:
The Benefits Analyst is responsible for the day-to-day administration of all Health and Welfare and Retirement Programs including health, dental, vision, STD, Life, spending accounts, and 401(k). The Benefits Analyst also manages the Paid Time Off program and serves as a liaison with outsourced vendor partners.
Day-to-Day:
- Understand all aspects of US benefit plans (including health and welfare plans, retirement plans and paid time off plans), in order to effectively provide superior customer service to create an exceptional employee experience
- Identify and plan for technology needs to support our benefit initiatives with the HRIS team such as vendor integrations, file feeds and automating manual processes to best serve our employees
- Participate in the annual enrollment process including system testing, communications, and partnering with outside vendors
- Complete annual benefit processes such as ACA, compliance notices, annual retirement plan audits and updating communication materials
- Manage vendor relationships and serve as the point of contact for issue resolution
- Perform routine and periodic benefit plan audits - collects, analyzes, and interpret data using Excel, ADP, and other benefits systems to compile metrics and produce relevant reports.
- Work with vendor to update and maintain the Invited Benefits website
- Responsible for all aspects of invoice processing, including weekly medical claims and providing monthly reporting to the Finance Team
- Partner with the payroll department as needed to ensure proper benefits deductions or payments are made on a timely basis
- Responsible for data necessary to complete government compliance activities (5500s, non-discrimination testing, audits, etc.)
- Liaison between Employee Relations, Human Resource Directors, Managers, and key stakeholders to continuously improve procedures and processes.

About You:
- Legally authorized to work in the United States
- Minimum of three years of progressive Human Resources experience with an emphasis in benefits administration
