Job Description:
- As a Leaves of Absence and Accommodation Administrator, you will provide critical administrative support to the Leaves & Accommodations (L&A) team.
- This role involves handling sensitive information, coordinating leave requests, and ensuring compliance with company policies and legal requirements.
- The ideal candidate will have strong organizational skills, experience with HR systems like Workday, and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Email Management: Monitor our inbox, categorizing and forwarding emails related to Lincoln, Hartford, and Workers' Compensation to appropriate L&A team members.
- Report Handling: Retrieve and review reports from Lincoln and Workday to update the L&A employee (EE) tracker for both intermittent and continuous leaves, as well as workplace accommodation.
- Data Updates: Regularly update leave types and durations in Workday and manage related entries.
- Communication Coordination: Review PIVOT (on-site clinic) emails and distribute them to relevant team members.
- Research and Cross-Referencing: Assist the L&A and HR teams by researching and cross-referencing data for intermittent leave entries.
- Project Assistance: Participate in various HR projects as assigned by the manager.
EDUCATION:
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Some college education preferred.
Experience:
- Proven experience as an HR Coordinator, Administrative Assistant, or Data Clerk, particularly in handling confidential and sensitive information. At least, four (4) years of experience in this area is required.
- Familiarity with HR databases and HR Information Systems (HRIS), preferably Workday.
- Strong experience with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook).
