Summary
Responsible for managing and planning all LED equipment and shows, as well as building and maintaining relationships with cross-rental vendors and contractors.

This position will support our Audio Visual and Event Technology team. It is eligible to work a hybrid schedule, generally requiring work in-office and/or show-site 2-3 days per week based out of Dallas, TX.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities
+ Hybrid role involving travel for complex, high-profile shows and office work focused on planning and consulting for upcoming LED events
+ Serve as the liaison between Sales and Operations to communicate information and provide technical expertise
+ Assist with managing the flow of LED equipment to ensure cost efficiency
+ Collaborate with the Scheduling Supervisor to assign LED personnel as needed
+ Review quotes prior to release to customers, as necessary
+ Promote a work environment that prioritizes quality of service and product for customers
+ Develop and maintain LED Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and training materials
+ Identify and assist in the training of new LED talent. Enforce company policies and procedures
+ Ensure safety guidelines are implemented and followed in the office and on show sites
+ Provide recommendations to upper management for future capital expenditures (CapEx)
+ Stay informed about industry technology advancements
+ Perform other duties as assigned
Education & Experience
+ Bachelor's Degree from a four-year college or university; and five to ten (5 -10) years related experience and/or training or equivalent combination
Travel Requirements
Travel 25% to 50%
