  Position Overview: We are seeking a skilled Legal Administrative Assistant to join our dynamic team. The successful candidate will provide vital support to our lawyers and paralegals by performing a wide range of office-related duties. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced individual looking to contribute to a thriving legal practice.

  Responsibilities:

  • Typing, filing, photocopying, scanning, faxing, and managing mailings
  • Assembling documents and preparing Power Point presentations
  • Managing calendars and scheduling appointments
  • Answering telephones and interacting with clients in a courteous manner
  • Entering timesheets and processing reimbursement requests
  • Notarizing documents as needed
  • Making travel arrangements and setting up for meetings
  • Assisting with administrative tasks related to specific practice areas, such as court filings, AIA, and transactions binders
  • Performing other duties as assigned from time-to-time

  Requirements:

  Hard Skills:

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Experience with PowerPoint
  • Strong grammar, proofreading, and editing skills

  Soft Skills:

  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to interact effectively with attorneys, staff, and management throughout the firm
  • Demonstrated discretion, confidentiality, diplomacy, and good judgment in all matters
  • Ability to function both independently and collaboratively in a team setting
