Legal Administration Assistant - Mercury Insurance Services, LLC

Provides administrative support to the Legal Admin team servicing 16 in-house legal offices.   Assists both the Department Manager and Legal Office Manager in preparing detailed reports, opening and closing files for 16 legal offices and various other administrative tasks and reports as requested.  

Works closely with office team members to prepare and compile documents for data entry; data verification; secures further information when necessary; updates and checks completed work for accuracy.  Must be able to communicate effectively with other internal team members. 

Candidate should be detail orientated and proficient in Microsoft Suite with emphasis on Excel.   Must be able to problem solve, maintain confidentiality and good communication skills.  Works in a team environment with shared responsibilities.   Must be able to efficiently organize and prioritize assignments.  

May include travel to various legal office locations with managers.
