Legal Administrative Assistant
Direct Hire
Hybrid, 70% in office. 1 week 3 days, 1 week 4 days is how the schedule goes.
Salary range contingent upon experience: $63-95K
Must have:
8 years of Legal Admin experience (ideally including supporting litigation attorneys, more specifically insurance litigation )
Experience e-filing in state and federal courts

We are seeking a highly experienced professional with a minimum of 8 years in litigation and administrative roles to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess exceptional attention to detail, a proactive mindset, and a talent for anticipating the needs of attorneys while fostering strong relationships with staff, clients, and legal teams. Prior litigation experience is ideal.
Key Responsibilities:
-Conduct e-filings for state and federal courts efficiently.
-Anticipate and address attorneys' needs by preparing essential legal documents, including briefs, discovery, pleadings, and petitions.
-Proofread and ensure all documents are complete, accurate, and free of grammatical, spelling, and formatting errors.
-Draft, revise, and manage correspondence, memoranda, reports, and presentations.
-Organize and review extensive documents, implementing effective organizational systems as needed.
-Maintain and monitor attorneys' case dockets meticulously.
-Proactively manage calendars, coordinate meetings, book conference rooms, and handle reservations.
-Organize and schedule a variety of events, including off-site and on-site meetings, conferences, client proposals, speaking engagements, and both in-person and virtual events.
-Track, organize, and process expense reports, reimbursements, and check requests using Chrome River.
-Coordinate and adjust complex travel arrangements for both domestic and international trips as required.
-Initiate new client matters through the new client platform, adhering to Records Department procedures.
-Prepare conflict of interest checks using the new client platform.
