Legal Administrative Assistant at Nagler Group

Our client, a New Hampshire based law firm, is seeking a Legal Assistant to join their dynamic Litigation team where you will play an important role in supporting attorneys and clients, while providing top notch services within the following areas:

• Preparing and organizing legal documents to include pleadings, discovery, and correspondence.
• Conducting legal research while upholding accurate files and database records.
• Managing calendars for meetings, deadlines, and court hearings.

The idea candidate would have 2+ years legal assistant or paralegal experience and be proficient in MS Office Suite! Attention to detail, professionalism, and enthusiasm are a must. Preferences will be given to candidates with prior legal support experience.
