Job Title: Legal Administrative Assistant (LAA)
Responsibilities:
- Assist attorneys in preparing legal documents and correspondence.
- Manage and organize case files, ensuring all documents are up-to-date.
- Coordinate communication between clients and attorneys.
- Schedule appointments, meetings, and court dates.
- Conduct legal research as needed.
- Maintain confidentiality and adhere to legal protocols.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma; associate degree or paralegal certification preferred.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and legal software.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
- Prior experience in a legal setting is a plus.
