Overview: We are seeking an experienced Legal Administrative Assistant to join our highly regarded Trusts & Estates Department. This position works in a results-driven and client-oriented environment and provides administrative support to attorneys who work in our Trusts & Estates practice group. Key Responsibilities Include: *Assist in all aspects of trust and estate administration and tax and financial planning services. *Prepare, draft, and review various legal documents including wills, trusts and related documents. *Monitor intake of new matters and coordinate billing. *Schedule and coordinate meetings, responsible for ensuring all necessary arrangements are made for in-person and virtual meetings. *Provide administrative support and assistance by routing mail, screening calls, and performing various clerical duties. *Perform other job-related duties and special projects as required.
