Crucial to Role:
- Independently lead the development of enterprise system with multiple stakeholders
- Familiarity of studio production workflows, production and post production hiring workflows
- Schedule and lead regular project scrums and ceremonies as scrum master
- Manage priorities and development roadmap keeping project team on target to meet goals and deadlines
- Experience working closely with development & UX design team to align on requirement scope and timeline
- Experience building system permissions structure
- Clearly capture business requirements and translate into appropriate documentation
- Write and manage designs and development tickets
- Develop and lead UAT sessions
- Oversee development of training materials
- Create presentations for executive stakeholders
- Experience with building custom applications with an offshore team
- Experience creating and presenting client presentations
- Experience providing ongoing production support for applications
Bonus Points:
- Experience with external facing production applications in a studio environment
- Understanding of studio business application ecosystems
- Experience with coordinating and implementing internal application integrations
