Bilingual Legal Administrative Assistant

MUST:
Legal Assistant/Legal Secretary
0-3 Years experience scheduling appointments
0-3 years of experience in data entry
Experience updating case files
Experience organizing documents and prepare exhibits notebooks and binders
Must have ability to move and lift file boxes weighing up to 25 pounds overhead.
Solid verbal or written communication skills in both English and Spanish required
High school degree required
DUTIES:
Answer and screen telephone calls
Greet guests
perform a variety of administrative and clerical tasks
Obtain information from new and potential clients.
Respond to inquiries on a variety of matters such as the status of pending cases.
Operate standard office equipment such as word processors, personal computers, calculators, duplicating machines, facsimile machines, printers, scanners, etc.
Maintain break room and other common areas, including cleaning appliances and sanitizing of high-traffic areas and surfaces.
Make deliveries and run errands outside the office.
Organize and maintains file room. Requires lifting large and heavy boxes of files.
Perform any other work-related things including those relating to Firm operations as assigned.
