Bilingual Legal Secretary

Location: Atlantic City, New Jersey
Hours: Monday - Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM
Pay: $20-$23/hour

Job Description:

Are you a bilingual professional with a passion for legal support and exceptional customer service? We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Bilingual Legal Secretary to join our team in Atlantic City. This temp-to-hire position offers an excellent opportunity to become a valued member of our legal practice.

Key Responsibilities:

• Cover the front desk, greet clients, and handle phone calls, including routing and answering inquiries.
• Enter client data into our computer database with accuracy.
• Provide translation services (both verbal and written) for Spanish-speaking clients.
• Create and format legal documents, ensuring all client information is accurately entered into templates.
• Assist with managing case files and other administrative tasks as needed.

Requirements:

• High school diploma or GED.
• Fluency in both Spanish and English is preferred.
• At least one year of professional office or administrative experience, ideally in a legal setting.
• Friendly, outgoing demeanor with a commitment to providing superior customer service.
• Immediate availability for hire.
