Our Reputable firm is currently seeking an intelligent, determined, and self-motivated Legal Assistant to join our Medical Management Team. The ideal candidate will be able to provide reliable and consistent client support, acting as a liaison between client and attorney. Legal Assistant Duties and Responsibilities Communicate with medical providers on behalf of the client Assist clients in scheduling medical appointments Monitor clients' medical treatment Maintain clients' records by reviewing case notes, logging events, and monitoring progress Conduct weekly phone calls with clients Compile and review medical records Comply with HIPAA regulations Help Prepare demand packages Perform other duties as assigned Legal Assistant Requirements Bachelor's degree is preferred, but not required At least one year experience as a legal assistant or similar role Bilingue ( English and Spanish) is a plus Must be computer literate Ability to work in a team as well as individually Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written High Organized & strong digital e-filing skills. Analytical and problem solving skills Excellent time management, organizational skills.
