Legal Assistant or Entry-Level Paralegal
Location: Palm Beach Gardens, FL
Compensation: $25/hr

Position Overview
We are seeking a skilled Legal Assistant or Entry-Level Paralegal with at least 3 years of solid legal experience, specifically in Personal Injury (PI). This role supports a fast-paced legal team and requires a detail-oriented, proactive professional with a strong understanding of the PI field.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive administrative and legal support to attorneys in a personal injury practice.
• Assist with case preparation, document management, and filings.
• Draft and review legal documents, including correspondence and reports.
• Coordinate communication between clients, attorneys, and other relevant parties.

Qualifications

• Experience: Minimum of 3 years in a legal assistant or paralegal role, with a strong focus on Personal Injury.
• Skills: Exceptional organizational skills, attention to detail, and strong written and verbal communication abilities.
• Location Requirement: Must be based in or willing to commute to Palm Beach Gardens, FL.
