Requirements for the Legal Assistant:

* High school diploma or equivalent; associate degree or related education preferred.

* Minimum of 2 years of litigation secretarial experience in a law firm environment.

* Proficiency in office software applications, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and PDF.

* Strong knowledge of legal practices, terminology, documents, and court procedures.

* Experience with legal billing software is a plus.

* Ability to prepare legal correspondence and documents and manage files and records effectively.

* Position: Direct Hire

* Location: 100% onsite in Fort Worth, TX

* Hours: Monday - Friday, 7:30 AM - 5:00 PM

* Salary: $55k - $60k per year
