Job Description:

• Prepare and file legal documents, including pleadings, motions, and discovery requests
• Conduct legal research and gather relevant information for cases
• Draft correspondence, memoranda, and reports as required
• Manage case files, maintain accurate records, and ensure proper documentation
• Coordinate and schedule meetings, hearings, and appointments for attorney's

Qualifications:

• 1-2 years of as a Legal Assistant or in a similar administrative role within a legal setting
• Proficiency in legal research and document management software
• Strong knowledge of legal terminology, procedures, and documentation
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
