Job Summary and Qualifications

Legal assistant supporting multiple staff with focus on attention to detail and strong communication skills.

What you will do in this role:

• Performs administrative duties that require knowledge of legal procedures and terminology
• Prepares documents and correspondence such as contracts, letters, electronic transmittals and scheduling correspondence
• Performs review of routine legal documents and requests for routing and escalation
• Outbound outreach to requestors (internal and external) with respect to timing and procedural administration of legal requests
• Prepare document comparisons (i.e. redlines) and analyze distinctions
• Advanced familiarity with PowerPoint and the ability to create appealing presentations
• Proficient in Word, Outlook and WebEx
• Maintains files and calendars, schedule appointments, schedule meetings, and make travel arrangements and submit expenses related to the same
• Willingness to learn and become proficient in company-utilized computer systems and programs

What qualifications you will need:

• Bachelor's degree required
• 3+ years of experience in legal administrative assistance role or other similar admin support position
