Responsibilities:
- Draft correspondence and edit legal documents
- File pleadings with State and Federal courts
- Schedule depositions and manage attorney calendars
- Maintain case files and organize legal documents
- Arrange travel and prepare expense reports
- Conduct legal research and assist with time entry
Qualifications:
- 1-4 years of experience
- Experience in Labor & Employment Law
- Strong understanding of State and Federal court rules and procedures
- Excellent computer skills, proficient in MS Office suite, especially Excel and Outlook
- Experience with Adobe Acrobat or Juris Suite is advantageous
- Outstanding oral and written communication skills
- Exceptional attention to detail and organizational abilities
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively
- Familiarity with Labor & Employment Law
