Legal Assistant - Peter Goldstein Law Corporaton

- Assist attorney in preparing for hearings, trials, and motions
- Conduct basic legal research and gather relevant case information
- Basic drafting of legal documents, such as pleadings, and discovery
- Organize and maintain case files and documents
- Manage calendars and schedule appointments for attorneys
- Communicate with clients, opposing counsel, and court personnel
- Assist with document production and discovery processes
- Help prepare trial exhibits and assist with courtroom logistics

Requirements

- Proficiency with MS WORD, skilled at word processing
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to learn and document litigation procedures and court rules
- Proficient in clerical tasks such as filing, copying, and scanning documents
- Professional phone etiquette and interpersonal skills

- Ideal candidate would be recent graduate who is motivated to learn

Salary commensurate with experience.
