Responsibilities:

• Calendaring CMO deadlines and attorney meetings
• Draft pleadings
• E-filing
• Assist with trial preparation, including trial binders, exhibits, and coordinating with experts, opposing counsel, and court staff

Candidate Parameters:

• Two years of litigation experience
