We are one of the most prominent Personal Injury Law Firms looking for the right individual to join our in-person office staff. We are looking for an enthusiastic and motivated individual who has strong organizational skills, phone skills, intake skills, and good communication skills.
Duties include:

- Answering the phone, transferring calls, new client intakes.
- Handling and managing cases, drafting letters, maintaining client relationships.
- Drafting demands, retrieve information from files.
- Keep files organized, compiling and requesting records, and other office duties.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Strong attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently.
- Must be self-motivated, pro-active and a fast learner.
- Ability to meet deadlines and prioritize work.
- Proficient in Microsoft Word.
Salary is commensurate with experience.
