Legal Assistant / Paralegal 
Shift/Hours: Monday - Friday (Potential for full-time), First Shift 8:00 am-5:00 pm
Salary : $16 - $25  / hr (DOE)
Location: Tampa, Florida (EAST)
Experience: 2 to 5 years

Legal Assistant / Paralegal Job Responsibilities may include:

• Reading source documents and enter information into specific fields
• Opening/Closing candidate files and keeping the office organized
• Storage of completed documents in appropriate locations
• Must be able to multitask and be detail-oriented.
• Drafting letters
• Scheduling – both for the attorneys and for exams under oath

• Seeking paralegal with two-five years of experience
• Bachelor’s degree, paralegal program, and/or certification preferred but not mandatory.
• Type minimum 50 -70 WPM
• Performing legal research
• Must have exceptional organizational and computer application skills.
• Willingness to undergo a background check & drug screen
• Willingness to take skill assessments as needed
• Legal Assistant / Paralegal should have excellent time management skills.
