Job Duties:
- Document Handling: Prepare, check, and process important legal forms and documents.
- Information Management: Find and organize data from legal files.
- Material Organization: Collect and arrange materials for court cases accurately.
- Client Communication: Talk with clients to provide updates and gather needed information.
- System Updates: Keep processing systems up to date with accurate information.
- Timely Compliance: Follow deadlines set by laws, investors, and clients for foreclosure processes.
- Team Support: Help legal assistants and attorneys with their daily tasks.
- Additional Tasks: Take on other duties as needed and contribute to a great team environment.
Experience and Skills:
Required:
- At least 1 year of experience with Texas Home Equity Foreclosure or Arkansas judicial foreclosure processes and related documents.
Preferred:
- System Knowledge: Experience with systems like BKFS, Tempo, or Vendorscape
- Adaptability: Ability to quickly adjust to new challenges and changes.
- Work Environment: Excel in a fast-paced, high-volume setting.
- Collaboration: Work well with others to reach team goals.
- Timeline Management: Manage deadlines effectively and complete tasks on time.

Work Location and Schedule:
We practice law in Arizona, Arkansas, California, Colorado, Nevada, New Mexico, Oregon, Texas, and Washington. Our York, Nebraska office supports all locations. This hybrid position requires onsite presence 2-3 days per week after a 90-day training period and upon management approval. Typically, your schedule will be Monday - Friday, 8:00 am to 5:00 pm.
Physical Demands:
- Often required to sit, talk, or hear.
- Occasionally required to stand, walk, bend, kneel, reach, and use hands.
- Must sometimes lift or move up to 25 pounds.
- Needs good close vision and the ability to adjust focus.
Work Environment:
- Office setting with a quiet to moderate noise level.
