Legal Administrative Assistant
A well-established law practice one the seacoast is seeking a Legal Administrative Assistant to join our team. This role is ideal for someone looking to build a career in a professional, collaborative environment. The role has hybrid potential and open to strong administrative experience, but prior experience is a plus.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide administrative support to the attorney in managing a busy practice
Assist clients throughout their legal process, including initial consultations, scheduling meetings, document preparation, and coordinating the signing of key paperwork
Handle client communication, including scheduling appointments and addressing inquiries
Assist in document preparation, including deed drafting and recording
Opportunity to grow into light legal drafting responsibilities
Required Skills:
Excellent attention to detail and ability to stay organized
Discretion in handling confidential client information
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
Ability to work independently and juggle multiple tasks
Office administration experience is preferred but not required
